Your data

Delete your OSCEY account and data.

This page is for OSCEY, the app published by Veridir. You can delete your account yourself in the app, or ask us to do it. Both remove the same things.

Delete your account in the app

This is immediate and cannot be undone.

  1. Open OSCEY.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Tap Your profile & account.
  4. Tap Delete account.
  5. Confirm. If you signed in with an email address and password, you are asked for your password once more before the deletion runs.

Your account and the data listed below are erased from our servers, and the copy held on your device is cleared at the same time.

Or ask us by email

Email oscey@veridir.com from the address you signed in with, and say that you want your account deleted. We answer within 30 days.

To remove only part of your data and keep your account — your transcripts, your debriefs or your progress history — email the same address and say which of the three you mean. There is no in-app control for this yet, so email is the route.

What is deleted

DataWhat happens to it
Account and sign-in detailsDeleted
Transcripts of your consultationsDeleted
Debriefs, practice scores and met or missed criteriaDeleted
Progress, streaks, Case Codex and clinical radarDeleted
The copy of all of the above stored on your deviceCleared
Microphone audioNever stored. It is processed live during a station and not retained after it ends, so there is nothing to delete.

What is kept, and for how long

  • Emails you send us. If you asked us to delete your account by email, we keep that correspondence as the record that we did.
  • Subscription and payment records. Apple and Google sell and hold these, not us — we never see your card details. Deleting your OSCEY account does not cancel a subscription: cancel that in the App Store or Google Play.

If you never made an account

The free preview stations run without one. In that case your practice history stays on your device, and uninstalling OSCEY removes it.

More on how your data is handled

The privacy policy covers what is collected and why, who processes it, and your rights. The support page has other ways to reach us.
